Invoicing Advanced is the operational core of a Client Dashboard. Every expense invoice, sales invoice, other entry, and manufacturing journal that Finac has processed for a client — whether uploaded directly or extracted automatically from a bank statement — is organized here into searchable, sortable lists. This article covers how the module is laid out, how to read an invoice list, and how to pull up the full profile of any customer or supplier.

Actions available on each invoice
Open Invoicing Advanced from any Client Dashboard to land on the Expense Invoices tab by default. Four tabs run across the top of the screen, each holding a different category of financial document:
The Expense Invoices tab, showing 179 processed entries for a client.
Note: Invoices reach these lists two ways: uploaded directly as individual bills, or extracted automatically when a bank statement is processed. Either way, Finac reads the document and populates the fields below without manual re-entry.
Each row in an invoice list represents one document.

The icons on the right of each row let you work with an invoice without opening a separate page:
The + Other button above the list is also where you'll find Upload Bank Statement.
Can I move an invoice from one tab to another — say, from Expense to Sales?
Use the Edit action on the invoice to correct its classification. Finac's extraction is accurate in the large majority of cases, but any entry can be corrected by hand.
Does editing an invoice affect the reports and tax forms already generated from it?
Yes — Finac's reports and compliance forms are generated live from the underlying invoice data, so a correction here is reflected the next time you view or regenerate a report.
