Finac's core promise is that uploading a bank statement or bill is enough — the platform takes it from there. The Support tile is where you reach the team behind that processing, and WhatsApp is one of the fastest ways to hand documents over when you're away from a computer.

The three ways to reach the team
Submitting documents over WhatsApp
Support sits in the main left-hand navigation, separate from any specific client's dashboard. Open it any time you need to reach the team directly rather than working inside a client's records.

Toll Free |
A direct call for anything urgent or that's easier to talk through. |
|
|
Written queries, or anything you want a documented reply to. |

|
A quick message, or sending a bank statement or bill directly from your phone. |
You don't need to be at a computer to get a document into Finac. Send a bank statement or bill as a WhatsApp attachment to the number shown on the Support screen, the same way you'd send it to a colleague.
Note: WhatsApp is a convenient drop-off point, not an instant, fully automatic upload the way File Manager is — a team member picks up what arrives and gets it into processing. For anything time-sensitive, uploading directly in Finac is still the fastest path.
Is there a limit to what I can send over WhatsApp?
Send whatever a bank statement or bill file you have — a PDF, a photo, a scan. If you're unsure whether something will come through clearly, a direct upload in File Manager is the safer choice for image-heavy or multi-page documents.
Will I get a confirmation once my document is processed?
The team can confirm receipt, but for the fastest visibility into whether something has actually been processed, check the relevant module in Finac directly, or Uploading Bank Statements & Bills for how upload status is tracked.
Can I use WhatsApp for anything other than documents?
Yes — it's listed alongside Toll Free and Email as a general way to reach the support team, not just for file drop-off.
