Because Finac processes every bank statement and invoice as it's uploaded, a client's reports are never a separate, manual step — they're a live view of data that's already been reconciled. The Reports module brings all of these views together in one place, organized into three groups: Financials, Management Reports, and Stock Reports.

Locked reports and Request Access
From the Client Dashboard, open the Reports tile. You'll see three columns of report types, each with a View button that opens the report for the current client.
The Reports module — Financials, Management Reports, and Stock Reports.
The Financials column holds the standard statutory and management financial statements:

For clients that track inventory, three stock-focused reports are available:
|

Stock Summary |
Current stock levels across all tracked items. |
|
Stocks Statement |
A detailed statement of stock movements over a period. |
|

Note: Some reports — such as Cash Flow in this account — show a Request Access button instead of View. This means the report isn't yet enabled for the client's current plan or permission level. Click Request Access, or contact your Finac administrator, to have it turned on.
How current is the data in these reports?
Reports reflect every invoice and bank statement transaction processed up to the moment you open them — there's no separate close-and-generate step.
Can I export a report?
Yes. Each report view includes an export/download option once opened, in addition to the filters available from the Reports list.
Why is a report showing zero entries for my client?
Reports are built from processed invoices and statements — a new client with nothing uploaded yet will show empty reports until documents are added.
