1: DISPLAY ALTERNATE NAME (ALIAS) FOR DOCUMENT TYPES.
THIS FEATURE ALLOWS USERS TO DEFINE AN ALTERNATE NAME (ALIAS) FOR DOCUMENT TYPES, WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED
ACROSS INVOICING SCREENS AND PDFS.
WHY THIS FEATURE
1. HELPS USERS USE BUSINESS-FRIENDLY
2. DOCUMENT NAMES IMPROVES CLARITY IN INVOICES AND PDFS
HOW TO CONFIGURE
1.GO TO HOME/SELECT CLIENT/CLIENT SETTING/GENERAL SETTING.
2.NAVIGATE TO DOCUMENT TYPES NAME.
3.ENTER THE ALIAS NAME
4.SAVE THE CHANGES
1. GENERAL SETTING
IN THE DOCUMENT TYPE DROPDOWN, THE SYSTEM WILL DISPLAY:
1.PRIMARY TEXT: ORIGINAL DOCUMENT TYPE NAME
2.SUB-TEXT (BELOW): ALIAS NAME
WHEN THE USER SELECTS A DOCUMENT TYPE AND GENERATES THE RESPECTIVE PDF, THE ALIAS NAME WILL BE DISPLAYED AS THE DOCUMENT HEADING IN THE PDF.

3. CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON
THE ALIAS NAME WILL BE DISPLAYED AS THE DOCUMENT HEADING IN THE PDF.
